Spend 4 days with us nestled amidst the Andes Mountains in the picturesque area of Calima Lake. Surrounded by serene waters and lush greenery, we'll spend our days indulging in nourishing yoga sessions, unwinding with mindful meditations, and replenishing our spirits amidst the breathtaking scenery of Calima Lake. Breathe in the fresh mountain air as we walk to a tranquil waterfall, enjoy the sunrise and paddleboard across the lake, or simply relax by the pool and bask in the sunshine.

What A Typical Day Might Look Like:

  • 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Sunrise Yoga Session

  • 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Healthy, Energizing Breakfast 

  • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Free Time for Relaxation, Journaling, or Personal Reflection

  • 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Workshop/Wellness Activity (e.g., Mindfulness Walk, Waterfall Meditation, Sound Bath)

  • 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Nutritious and Balanced Lunch

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Free Time for Personal Activities or Optional Excursions

  • 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Yoga for Relaxation 

  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Mindful Guided Meditation and Pranayama (Breath work)

  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Delicious Nourishing Dinner 

  • 8:00 PM onwards: Free Time for Stargazing, Bonfire Gathering, or Self-care Practices

Our mission is to empower individuals to cultivate balance, strength, and mindfulness in their lives, both on and off the mat. Through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, and introspection, we guide our students on a journey of self-exploration, healing, and transformation.

WHO WE ARE

Eduardo Silva

Eduardo is an instructor fluent in both spanish and english, with three years of experience and expertise in the practice of yoga. Since completing his 200 hour training, he has been sharing his knowledge by conducting in-studio yoga sessions, as well as private classes throughout Colombia. Additionally, he instructs asana classes at Akasha Yoga School as part of their teacher training programs and has helped certify over 100 yoga instructors.

Danna Ellis

    Born and raised in Canada, Danna's yoga journey began as a method towards healing and inner peace. Finding love and light within her practice, she decided to receive her 200 hour Vinyasa certification. Using her prior knowledge and extensive background in Hatha, Kundalini and Yin styles, her classes are focused on the primary concepts of pranayama (breath-work) as well as asanas (postures) with proper alignment. With love, care and devotion, she believes the practice of yoga can be life changing.
